Christiaan Huygens was one of the youngest members and a key figure in the
Académie des Sciences. It was therefor partly guesswork, partly the
location next to Cassini and partly a likeness to the Netscher picture that
lead me to this identification. A final clue was Huygens' right hand that points
to the clock in the background.
